Overview
This tilt-back tyre changer with assisting arm is designed for efficient tyre mounting and demounting, including RSC and run-flat tyres. It features a 20 mm cylinder with variable torque adjustment for the bead breaker, together with a 2800 kg bead breaking force for separating tyres from rims.
The machine uses a 55 mm horizontal shaft with a lengthened hex bar sleeve for increased strength, while the double-bending column is constructed from 5 mm steel plate for added rigidity. The included AI390H assist arm uses a tyre pressing block to support rim centring and tyre handling.
With three-position tyre pressing, a leverless bar system and dual-speed turntable rotation, the machine is designed to improve efficiency during mounting and demounting operations.
