The SmartSafe ATF601 (CAT-601S) Clean Gear is an automatic transmission cleaner and fluid exchanger designed for transmission fluid service. It is supplied with a comprehensive range of adaptors for connection to most transmission units, including double-clutch and CVT transmissions.

The ATF601 supports high-accuracy equivalent fluid exchange, automatic recognition of fluid flow direction and cycle cleaning with detergent. It also includes an ATF oil sampling function and can be connected to the CAT Remote for remote control of main equipment functions.

The unit supports iSmartLink 801 extension for additional diagnostic and maintenance functions and includes features such as fluid level adjustment, filter replacement warning and frequently used vehicle type selection.
