Overview
The PLC-688A Fully Automatic Tyre Changer features a built-in tyre lifter and is designed to reduce operating time and manual effort during tyre mounting and demounting.
It uses a controllable bead-breaking disc system to separate the tyre bead from the rim, together with a leverless system designed to support mounting and demounting across a wide range of tyre types. The spindle clamping system allows wheels to be secured quickly during operation.
Tyre pressing can be performed on both the upper and lower sides without flipping the tyre, while the integrated wheel lifter raises the tyre to the operating position. Its optimised structure is also designed to occupy less workshop space.
