Overview
The TLT440W 4000kg Wheel Alignment 4 Post Hoist is designed for lifting small and medium-sized vehicles with a total weight of up to 4000 kg in garage and workshop environments. Its four-post design is specifically configured for wheel alignment work, with adjustable turn plate positions, sliding plates and platform spacing to accommodate different vehicle wheelbases and tracks.
The hoist features a two-layer concealed plate structure with synchronising performance and horizontal precision of 1 mm. A widened rolling jack platform improves compatibility with vehicles of different wheel tracks, while the main platform uses electrically controlled hydraulic lifting and lowering.
Safety features include full-scope mechanical locking, cable rupture protection, four connected steel cables for synchronised lifting, CE-STOP with an audible safety warning, a cylinder travel limit switch and an emergency manual lowering valve for use during power failure.

- CE-STOP function with safety alarm beep would automatically warn operators to keep safe distance from lift when it lowers to 250mm height from ground
- Cylinder travel limit switch effectively protects cylinder and extends its lifespan
- Emergency lowering valve can be manually operated to make lift lower safely in case power is off.
