Overview
The TLT245AT 4500kg 2 Post Hoist is a heavy-duty, floor-clearance symmetric two-post hoist designed for stable and smooth vehicle lifting. With a 4500 kg lifting capacity, it is suitable for workshops handling larger vehicles including light lorries and SUVs.
The hoist uses dual hydraulic cylinders with direct drive and no chains, together with a wire rope equalisation system to keep both carriages moving synchronously and help prevent vehicle tilting. It is equipped with two two-stage arms and two three-stage arms for flexible vehicle positioning.
Safety features include a single-side manual safety lock, manual lowering device, 24V low-voltage IP54 control box, hose burst protection valves and a cylinder travel limit switch. The TLT245AT has also passed 115% dynamic loading and 150% static loading tests and is CE certified.
